mad for musli

Here you go, a real clean, nice and easy substitute for your ordinary breakfast cereal: home made musli!  A recipe that can be varied and adapted just the way you like it with your own favourite ingredients! 
 
Here is what I put in mine, feel free to use it as inspiration when you make your own!
oatmeal
flaxseed
sunflowers seed
pumpkin seed
nuts
raisins
fresh fruit
 
If you have a an extra ten minutes I can assure you that roasting the nuts and seeds for about 7-8 minutes on 150C in the oven will certainly provide the musli with that little extra.
