Easy Peacy Lemon Squeezy

I'd love to have an own juicepress, there are so many lovely "how-to-make-your-own-juice-and-become-uber-cool-happy-and-imortal-in-one-sip" books I can't wait to get my hands on! Until then I use my food proccessor and mix regular smoothies instead. However, the other day I actually managed to create a juice-like drink by extracting the juice from a lot of lemons, limes and oranges and eventually mixing it with some fresh ginger and berries. It turned out super duper yummy, so yummy I didn't have time to shoot a picture of it before it was all suddenly gone! Oupsi...
If you want it to be more like a meal, add some spinach, frozen broccoli, flax seed and bananas to turn it into a real nice smoothie!
Here, this recipe shows that you really don't need many fancy machines to make healthy drinks and food. You just have to be inventive!
Citrus Spirit Boost Juice/Easy Peezy Lemon Squeezy
Makes 1 large glass
1 cm fresh ginger (depends on how strong you want it)
Juice from 1 lemon or 1 lime (depends on how strong you want it)
1/2 cup frozen berries
Juice from 1 orange
1/2 cup frozen mango
1. Chop or press the ginger as tiny as possible
2. Add all the ingredients to the food proccessor and mix well
3. And there you are, easy peacy lemon squeezy
