Banana Chocolate Shake

Yes box! After som well deserved holiday I am back in the real life facing pretty more exhausting issues than if you will be able to press that last heavenly deliciously bit of hamburger down your throat without unbuttoning the last buttons in public. When I think about it, its actually pretty serious. No? Oh well then, but something that is definately serious is this yummy Banana Chocolate Shake I am about to share with you. Very simple, at the moment, my cupboards are as empty as the mixer was a few seconds after I'd done the first tasting of this shake. It can also be stored in the refrigerator and after an hour or so be served as a chocolate mousse. I once tried to to healthy chocolate mousse with avocado, which many seem to like, perhaps it was because I was new to the whole healthy cooking thing - but I like this recipe better, without. Where my cupboards are empty however, my brain is full of inspiration and now it is only one day between me and some free time that will be spent in the kitchen. Oh, I'm thinking of doing classic but healthy swedish "semlor", like buns filled with cream and almond paste (yeah, sounds good right?). I never tried that before, I've done cupcakes, cookies and cakes but not semlor. Well, better late than never - see you soon!
Recipe for Banana Chocolate Shake (makes 1 large glass)
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp cacao powder (depending on how strong you want it)
2 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
5 dates
Eventually some milk
1. Mix everything (make sure to remove the stone from the dates).
2. Freeze as mousse or drink. Both equally delicious. I think. Didn't have time to wait for this baby to wait to freeze.
Asså wow va fina bilder
