It is hard to fail while cooking green food, mostly it tastes good no matter if you have all the ingredients or cook it slightly different to the instructions. That's one of the reasons to why I love this type of cooking: you are free to experiement and do not have to follow the recipes so closely. Of course, sometimes your experiments doesn't turn out the way you expected them to, but don't give up! Make sure to turn all setbacks into possibilities and see them as challanges.
 
Even though I've failed my cooking many times, yesterday my parents decided I was chief enough to be involved in the cooking for their dinner party tonight! I feels fantastic to be rewarded this way: before I was only allowed to set the table and maybe cut the vegetables for the salad but today I am allowed to compose an own menu (almost)! So I've spent my entire morning drinking this lovely green tea and looking through all my cook books to come up with a suitable menu. Right now I'm up for something asian style, I am thinking about making wraps with lettuce, woked vegetables and a bean mash...Whatever it will be, I promise to post it tomorrow along with the recipes.
